DUTCH DESIGN WEEK

The 23rd edition of this massive event in Northern Europe is a platform for analyzing and discussing the comprehensive future of the design profession while discussing all possible disciplines and aspects of design. Dutch Design Week’s distinctness is reflected through its emphasis on crossovers of expertise, talent, experimentation, and innovation. Spread across more than 100 locations across the city, it lines up and facilitates exhibitions, lectures, prize ceremonies, networking events, and debates.

This year’s theme, “Real Unreal,” delves into the complex interplay between the tangible and the imagined in our contemporary world. As we navigate a landscape filled with multiple realities and pseudo-realities, the lines between what is real and what is imagined are blurred. This theme explores how our diverse perspectives converge and diverge, creating a richer tapestry of reality.
