CHIANG MAI DESIGN WEEK

The 10th edition of Chiang Mai Design Week 2024, centered around the theme of “SCALING LOCAL: Creativity, Technology and Sustainability.” The festival will be held in Chiang Mai Province while exploring and applying technology to create creative innovation, driving the power of local people to the world stage. This festival serves as a platform for artists to experiment with art, design, music, handicrafts and more, to build networks among artists, business owners and the community.

The festival serves as a space for trading perspectives, experiences, and knowledge about design, as well as creating experiences with design for children, communities, and tourists. Through exhibitions, large-scale design works, seminars, workshops, art activities and performances, the festival offers an understanding of the power of design to improve the quality of life and add colour and liveliness to Chiang Mai.
