Arjun Rathi Design is a multi-disciplinary studio working across architecture and industrial design, established by Arjun Rathi. A vertical in the studio caters to designing and building lighting and furniture. Working on both ends of the design spectrum, from single pieces made together with craftspeople to mass-produced objects developed in collaboration with the manufacturers, the studio is not defined by a particular style, but rather, by questioning objects while considering their context and cultural associations embedded in them.
Arjun Rathi Design takes care of each project phase, from on-site visits, exploratory studies, design and technical drawings to the final production and space atmosphere. Depending on the project, they either design with a specific space in mind, or work detached from it, sometimes resulting in a product usable in various spaces. The final product and accessories are always produced in their manufactory, and therefore quality-certified.
