Founded by the dynamic trio of Arjun Rathi, Shailja Patwari and Pallika Sreewastav, Design Democracy is a testament to their vision of fostering a vibrant design community. “We believe in the power of design to shape the future. Our goal is to create a platform where innovative ideas can flourish,” says Arjun Rathi. 

Shailja Patwari adds “Design Democracy is not just about showcasing designs; it is about building a community. We want to create an environment where designers can network, learn and grow together.”

A new addition to this year’s event is Design Democracy Ventures, an initiative aimed at supporting upcoming designers and brands.
