An end-to-end interior design + build company which offers custom interiors for residential & commercial spaces. 

Minimum 4 years of experience in residential interior design. The specific responsibilities of the position holder will be the following:

• Client interaction, requirements gathering, material selections, new pitches, creating & supervising detailed drawings, building strong client relationships; strong verbal and written (English) communication skills
• Work with clients to understand their project requirements and then translate those into actual designs and ability to convey complex ideas effectively and efficiently
• Work closely with cross-functional teams such as costing, procurement, project management & site supervision to deliver a seamless design + build experience for the clients
• Understand & own the end-to-end lifecycle of the design + build process
• Work with Jr. Designers & direct their work effort (where needed) in creating the design-specific drawings that are ready for execution
• Handle all aspects of client relationship management
• Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Excel & Powerpoint
• Proficiency in 3dsMAX, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign are a plus
