In 2015, Mangrove Collective began as a ‘collaborative design’ studio. Over time, the firm has grown into a ‘design and build workshop’ dedicated to crafting customized furniture, millwork, and projects. The team of 150 highly skilled craftsmen and designers function collaboratively and as equals. The ethos of the brand lies in products that are a seamless synthesis of traditional craftsmanship with state-of-the-art technology. The bespoke, artisan-focused work is informed by expertise in multiple materials and a collaborative approach to design.
At Mangrove, the team believes in a ‘conscious process’ that celebrates local resources, and rich traditional craftsmanship, where designers, craftsmen, and clients are equal partners. The belief is that luxury sans craftsmanship is a vain effort thus their products are designed to their impeccable details to bring joy to whichever space they inhabit. This approach ensures that the products are unique and meet client requirements.
