After the success of her New York restaurant ‘SONA’ in 2021, global icon Priyanka Chopra has added another feather to her entrepreneurial cap, with the launch of ‘SONA Home’; a tableware line that is an ode to Indian heritage. Co-founded with business partner Maneesh Goyal, SONA Home encapsulates rich Indian traditions, which transports you to an elegant bygone era through exceptional pieces curated for the modern home. “As an immigrant who moved from India, I’ve found joy in being able to bring my roots and culture to America”, says Priyanka.

“The ethos of the brand comes from our history,” explains Priyanka. “India is an ancient culture, known for taking care of our guests. There is a Sanskrit saying, ‘Atithi Devo Bhava,’ which means ‘Treat your guests like God.’ SONA Home was created to give that experience to friends and family when you gather together for special moments and make beautiful memories.” SONA Home’s first collection includes ‘Sultan’s Gardens’, highlighting sophisticated bone china dinnerware and serving pieces adorned with flora and fauna; and ‘Panna’, a range of delicately embroidered sumptuous linens with lush palm silhouettes. In addition, the label’s collection also includes quirky bar accessories, wine coasters, coffee mugs and lampshades made from recycled saris.

Despite the homages to India, SONA Home emanates an intentional universality, bringing together family, friends and culture to form a community that makes you feel as if there’s no place else you would rather be!
